The new Powerspin BX is a high speed centrifuge that offers you a choice of rotor configurations to allow you to customize the unit for your particular application. The Powerspin BX will accept tubes up to 12 ml and in addition to a powerful digitally controlled variable speed centrifuge for separating blood and urine samples, the Powerspin BX can be converted to a 24 place microhematocrit centrifuge with an optional rotor that takes just 5 minutes to install. Like the PowerSpin LX, the Powerspin BX features a high impact polymer shell with a sleek state of the art design. A maintenance free brushless motor makes for exceptionally quiet operation. An optional 24 place rotor for spinning small microcentrifuge tubes is also available.
